I am an attorney on permanent sabbatical from practicing law to pursue a career full-time as a contemporary figurative and abstract artist. My true passion is for all arts...especially contemporary art.  I enjoy painting, creating installation pieces and studying the works and writings of the great contemporary artists of our time.  In contrast to practicing law, painting for me is a very individual creative process. The subject matter of my work is of my own choosing. I am not limited by legal precedence or what others might deem appropriate or compliant.

I have been painting for many years but only began publicly exhibiting the latter part of 2008.  My formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University.  I currently reside in Dallas, Texas in a mid-century ranch style home affectionately known as the "Atomic Ranch".
